Nashville-based Accelerators Organization was born from our Founder, Shawn, speaking with thousands of followers on his Instagram account, @askamillionaire. Followers would join Shawn on his Q&A Livestreams and ask questions, mostly about finding financial success.

Shawn did not grow up in an entrepreneurial family but his mother and father (Shawn’s father was a Post Commanding Sergeant Major in the Army) taught him about work ethic, morals and values, and always believing in yourself.

After a few years of answering questions, Shawn created the first stage of AO, a simple Facebook group. People joined to get more direct access to Shawn. Shawn then recruited a few of his friends who were successful business leaders to help field questions.

Then, in 2017, AO was created.

There were virtually no organizations that provided small business owners on a budget with high level mentoring and coaching from experienced millionaire entrepreneurs.

Each Mentor and Coach in AO has successfully bootstrapped a 7 or 8 figure business. This real life business experience leads itself to better, real life mentoring and sharing of ideas and experience.

AO is a virtual group where an entrepreneur with a business under a million in annual sales can come and get the help they need in order to grow and become more profitable.
